What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy used to help people overcome a variety of psychological, behavioral, and physical issues and concerns. It can be used to treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, phobias, habits, and addictions, as well as physical pain and performance improvement. It works by inducing a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration, allowing the therapist to communicate directly with the unconscious mind and make positive suggestions that can alter negative thought patterns, behaviors, or perceptions.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle and safe approach to help you make positive changes in your life. It's not about being controlled or manipulated, but rather about accessing your own inner resources to achieve your goals. Whether you're feeling nervous or curious, it's completely normal. Your certified hypnotherapist will make sure that you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. There's no need to be afraid - hypnotherapy is an empowering and enjoyable experience that can bring great benefits to your well-being.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Hypnotherapy
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is an innovative, hybrid approach to therapy that has benefited countless individuals over the past 30 years. Developed by internationally renowned hypnotherapist Marisa Peer, RTT combines elements of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming with Regression Technique for a unique therapeutic experience.

The key value of RTT lies in its ability to rapidly uncover the root cause of a person's challenges and limiting beliefs and to help the person address and overcome these issues through a combination of hypnosis, reframing techniques, and personal affirmations. The therapy aims to help individuals overcome negative self-talk and limiting beliefs, increase self-confidence, improve relationships and personal life, and achieve personal growth and transformation. The therapy sessions are designed to be fast-paced and highly effective, with the goal of producing rapid and lasting change.

What happens in a Hypnotherapy Session?
RTT is a multi-step process that typically involves the following steps:
1
Initial consultation
During the first session, the therapist will assess the client's goals and gather information about their background and current challenges.
2
Hypnotic induction
The therapist will guide the client into a state of deeply relaxed hypnotic / trance state. This helps the client access their subconscious mind.
3
Discovery phase
During this phase, the therapist will work with the client to identify any limiting beliefs or memories that may be affecting their current situation. This is done through conversation, visualization, and other specialized techniques.
4
Reframing
The therapist will help the client reframe their limiting beliefs into positive affirmations and beliefs that support their goals and desires.
5
Transformation
The therapist will then help the client integrate positive affirmations and beliefs into their subconscious mind through visualization and other techniques. The therapist may also create a personalized transformational recording for the client to listen to after the session to reinforces the positive changes.
6
Re-emerging
The client will then be guided back to a waking state and given tools to help them reinforce the positive changes they have made.
Overall, the goal of RTT is to help clients achieve rapid and lasting transformation by accessing and transforming their subconscious mind.
7
Follow-up
The therapist may recommend follow-up sessions to reinforce the changes made during RTT and ensure the client's continued progress.
